Sean Sherks Smoothies and Shakes Week 2

WEEK #2

1 cup of Watermelon

2 cups spinach

3 Collard green leafs

3 big pieces of broccoli

-Let it blend for a minute or 2 till it is completely liquified, then start adding your fruit.

1 banana

4 pieces of pineapple

2 hand fulls of grapes

1 mango

Add 1 cup of frozen berries if needed

I also like to add a kids chewable multi vitamin and a Calcium as it blends
