Sean Sherks Smoothies and Shakes Week 3

All greens smoothie

 

- Hand full of organic salad mix

- Hand full of Spinach

- 1-2 leaves Collard or Kale

- 1 stalk Celery

- 5-6 brussel sprouts

- 1 Kiwi

- 1/4 Honeydew

- 1 green apple

- 1 pear

- 1 banana

 

I think it tastes great but you can play with the ingredients depending on your tastes are.  The research I have been doing on Leafy greens has been excellent.  Not only do leafy greens nourish every single cell in your body, they are the richest source of protein that's easiest to digest, very easily assimilated into all your body's tissues and has none of the harmful side effects of flesh protein.  They are also loaded with essential amino acids and Omega-3's.
