Training Mask 2.0 has been a work in progress for over 2 years. We have asked our customers of Training Mask 1.0 to give us their feedback and what they would want to see in 2.0. With great feedback from test marketing and direct responses we have made Training Mask 2.0 smaller, lighter and more comfortable. Training Mask 2.0 gives the end user a redesigned look and feel along with the resistance levels that they desire

We have changed the look!
It started with the first version made from an Israeli civilian gas mask and has been completedly revamped and remolded into Training Mask 2.0. We have gotten away from the eye pieces, hardened straps, and overall gas mask look. With reconstruction of an entirely new mask mould, and neoprene that is stretched over the rubber resistance mask, and caps give Training Mask 2.0 a smooth, sleek look and comfortable feel.
Training Mask 2.0 is held on the face with a comfortable neoprene strap that over lays the air tight silicone piece that rests against the face. The neoprene strap is held onto the mask by 3 "Resistance caps". The resistance caps make for a nice snug fit against the neoprene and hold the neoprene in place acting as a "post" against the silicone that rests on your face.
Training Mask 2.0 is a less aggressive looking approach to working out while still getting the aggressive workout that one desires. With Training Mask 2.0 you do not have claustrophobia like feeling nor will you have to worry about vision problems while training. Our snap and go resistance nose pieces are truely revolutionary as it makes the ease of use that much easier.
The science behind the mask!
After extensive research and clinical testing from the UNIVERSITY OF NAIT the Training Mask 2.0 has made remarkable advancement in the fitness and training industry. Training Mask 2.0 takes all the amazing "Diaphragm Resistance Technology" from Training Mask 1.0 and compiles it into a less obtrusive, amazingly comfortable silicone mask that fits over the nose and mouth.
Our multi-level resistance system reduces air flow through our patent pending flux valve system. Training Mask 2.0 promotes increased lung capacity by forcing you to inhale fuller deeper breaths. When your body adapts to the resistance your lungs will be trained to take deeper breaths and use oxygen more efficiently. A short explanation of how this works is simple. When you breathe against resistance the lining in the lungs essentially stretches out allowing the alveoli’s surface area to become "stretched" thus in return allows for more blood flow to the alveoli for more (oxygen transportation). When you increase "surface area" you increase red blood cell count that will be able to carry more oxygen out to the extremities

I bought this mask to assist in my boxing training. The first time I used it was for my 36 minute jog, and my God! - It was brutal. Without the mask, the jogging routine is relatively easy, but with the mask on, it brings the workout to a whole different level. And I've only been using the 9,000 feet altitude level as of now. Imagine what the 18, 000 feet altitude level will be like! Ferocious! For those wondering, the mask DOES work! Don't listen to the haters who say it doesn't. If you are a hardcore endurance athlete seeking to have a superhuman advantage over your competitors in regards to stamina/endurance, then purchase this mask. You won't regret it.
Amazing product feels like you're using parts of your lungs you never knew existed
Well, currently I'm training for a Spartan Race and I decided I wanted to get more out of more workouts. Well, running longer and lifting longer weren't conducive because I needed to study but with this mask, my workouts are cut shorter (mostly because I'm out of breathe and still trying to adapt to the mask) but also I feel better. I push myself harder with this mask and it fits great. I ordered a small and works excellent! The only thing is that I ordered a sleeve to go with and the sleeve doesn't really seem to fit as well, not sure why but I did make sure to order a small so that is my only complaint against this. Otherwise, phenomenal training equipment and I've even paired it with weighted vests!
The training mask is the best tool any novice or professional athlete can use to take them to there next level one thing I do wish they will upgrade for the next mask as a long distance runner even now with the mask, is a way to drink water with out taking off the mask maybe a hoes a hook up to a water patch or something but that would be the only down side to it if that is even a down side . I love the training mask will not work out with out it now ...
It's worked exactly as I would have hoped it would, the only issue I have come across so far is while running the mask tends to slip due to sweat but to be honest I haven't used the head strap while running and I've heard that it rectifies the issue, just haven't personally tried it yet.

i use it for about 3 weaks and its realy the best tool i ever use increase my cardio and i feel a lot of diference in my wods .
I was very skeptical at first about using the Elevation Training Mask but after my first work-out session, my lungs felt like it was on fire! I've been using it consistently, and honestly, I've been more energized with my work-out and I last longer. Slowly but surely, my days of being short winded when it comes to running is becoming a thing of the past! Highly recommended!
I bought this after a friend posted his usage of it on FB. I've been noticing that my cardio has not been where I'd like it, even with running, kickboxing and weight lifting, so I was definitely interested in anything that would help.
They're not kidding when they say the first hurdle is not to rip the thing off your face in the first couple minutes of use. Wow. I could definitely feel the added resistance to my breathing. I'm taking it slow and not trying to ramp up the resistance too quickly. I've also started tracking my heart rate while wearing it to help determine when I'm ready to step up to the next level.
For about a week, I've been using the training mask to condition for my soccer season coming. It really makes a difference once it's taken off! This mask challenges me take my mind off on how mentally tired I am getting but it takes me to a level where I will get me into the zone and focused to control my breathing. This past weekend I had my first soccer game, and I was surprised in myself that I could sprint, and maintain a steady pace during the game and my endurance was unbelievable. All the hard core training and the one week with the training mask has made a difference to the importance of breathing.
I've only been using the mask for a few weeks now(6,000 feet,4x a week) and not only is my cardio noticeably better but my focus seems to be enhanced as well. I'm a amateur XC mountain bike racer, and on my last group training ride my teammates were saying, "What have you been doing?" Basically they had to ride at 80% to keep up with me when I felt like I was only riding at 60% or less but to them I was riding a "Hot Lap."
In all fairness the 2.0 is good for diaphragm exercise to help lung strength, but having real trouble getting it to staying on above the bridge of my nose (bought a medium at first thinking it was to small, then purchased the large size which has helped but still constricts nasal inhalation to regulate a breathing rythim...) so im caught between a rock and a hard to find a happy medium and get the best results from the product....did purchase a headstrap at the same time but still not the perfect seal I was hoping to get for best results...but having said all that it has benefitted me and have seen results, this is a long term aid which will improve my overall performance with a bit of discipline. Just giving a honest opinion here...

So I bought this a week ago and I have to say that this has been the best 80 dollars I've spent in a while. I train on the 18,000 ft setting and if you think you have amazing cardio, think again! In about 30 seconds of sprinting, I'm already short of breath as though I've been running for 2 minutes! It's a really fun product. Glad I made the investment.
It does the job and then some! My friend recommended this to me to increase my lung capacity and boost my workout to a whole new level. On the first day I used the training mask 2.0 it was set to 3000 ft and it was definitely a whole new world.
Ive been running with this mask since it has arrived. The levels of intensity are ridiculously good and I have been feeling the rests of my training
I 'm a USAF Firefighter, Youth Athletic Coach and High School Head Coach for Volleyball and Wrestling. Personally I've used the 1.0 and now 2.0 since 2010 in conjunction with my SCBA mask and I can confidently say it greatly helps with breath control and mental stability. When I drill with my wrestlers for 30min with the 2.0 set at 18,000ft, its challenging. When I take it off for live wrestling, I'm very aware that my breathing is less vigorous even after 10min of rolling. This also goes for my lifting regiment, which is a heavy push/pull/core circuit style. Currently I'm training 2 girl club volleyball players ages 13 and 17. During our sessions, they train for a segment in the 2.0 mask. My goal for them while using the mask is to feel the stress and pressure the mask simulates. So far it has delivered 100%! I highly recommend this mask to athletes who want to change up, or add to their training regiments.
My trainer recommended this to increase my lung capacity. On the first day, it was set to 3000 ft simulation nodes and it was like a different world. I've been training with this great piece of equipment not only during cardio sessions, but in the ring as well. I highly recommend the training mask 2.0 to other athletes that want to increase their stamina.
Love it... I have used it in everything from weight lifting, running, circuits and etc. Brings your cardio to a whole new level. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that wants to get that extra push in their workout.....
