Training Mask 2.0 gives the end user a redesigned look and feel along with the resistance levels that they desire

Elevation Training Mask mimics the effects of High Altitude Training. When elite athletes want to improve their performance they go to high altitude levels to train. When they come back to sea level they perform much stronger, faster, and have increased endurance.

Training Mask 2.0 makes your work out more efficient allowing you to take your work out from 60 minutes to 20 minutes. From the average daily walker to the marathon runner, Training Mask 2.0 appeals to every athlete who wants to improve their overall health and performance.

We have changed the look!

It started with the first version made from an Israeli civilian gas mask and has been completedly revamped and remolded into Training Mask 2.0. We have gotten away from the eye pieces, hardened straps, and overall gas mask look. With reconstruction of an entirely new mask mould, and neoprene that is stretched over the rubber resistance mask, and caps give Training Mask 2.0 a smooth, sleek look and comfortable feel.

Training Mask 2.0 is held on the face with a comfortable neoprene strap that over lays the air tight silicone piece that rests against the face. The neoprene strap is held onto the mask by 3 "Resistance caps". The resistance caps make for a nice snug fit against the neoprene and hold the neoprene in place acting as a "post" against the silicone that rests on your face.

Training Mask 2.0 is a less aggressive looking approach to working out while still getting the aggressive workout that one desires. With Training Mask 2.0 you do not have claustrophobia like feeling nor will you have to worry about vision problems while training. Our snap and go resistance nose pieces are truely revolutionary as it makes the ease of use that much easier.

After extensive research and clinical testing from the UNIVERSITY OF NAIT the Training Mask 2.0 has made remarkable advancement in the fitness and training industry. Training Mask 2.0 takes all the amazing "Diaphragm Resistance Technology" from Training Mask 1.0 and compiles it into a less obtrusive, amazingly comfortable silicone mask that fits over the nose and mouth.

Our multi-level resistance system reduces air flow through our patent pending flux valve system. Training Mask 2.0 promotes increased lung capacity by forcing you to inhale fuller deeper breaths. When your body adapts to the resistance your lungs will be trained to take deeper breaths and use oxygen more efficiently. A short explanation of how this works is simple. When you breathe against resistance the lining in the lungs essentially stretches out allowing the alveoli’s surface area to become "stretched" thus in return allows for more blood flow to the alveoli for more (oxygen transportation). When you increase "surface area" you increase red blood cell count that will be able to carry more oxygen out to the extremities

While using Training Mask 2.0 the conditioning of your lungs significantly increases along with endurance and diaphragm strength.

    so far so good

    I just started using this mask for my training for a race in Boulder Colorado. Used it for two spin classes this week. I went for a run yesterday and I felt really good already.
    It has been easy to use, comfortable enough and the simulations seems real. I have started at the 3000 ft elevation .
    Im trying to work towards 9000 ft.
    I think the most accurate review will come after my race in 7 weeks.

    Take Your Workout To The Next Level

    The 2.0 Training Mask has made a major impact on my workout. Not just when I run or do cardio but even aspect of my workout has improved. I even highly recommend it when you're just around the house because those moments are great times to work on your breathing and improve lung function. I used to play trumpet for 7 years and after graduating I noticed that my lungs were not where they used to be, but now, after only a couple weeks of using the Training Mask, I've noticed significant gains in my breathing.

    I cannot recommend this enough for anyone who wants to increase the difficulty of their workouts or for anyone like myself who used to smoke and wants better lung function. It is definitely worth the money

    THE TURNING POINT !

    I recently bought this product about 2 weeks and i been using it everyday for cycling and Mma, i see an improvement already in my stamina and i recommend this product for anyone who wants to take their workout or exercise to the next level !

    If you are not in shape the mask will expose you...lol

    The mask really makes you concentrate on your breathing. Just wearing it around the house is no joke. I am currently using it on the treadmill. This mask is going to be the next big thing at every gym!

    REACHING A NEW LEVEL

    I wish I had this mask when I was in the service because I felt I had reached a limit with my endurance, especially when training for physical tests. Now that I'm out and trying to regain my former fitness level, I believe I can achieve new heights with how much I've improved already. I went from an avid smoker and struggling to improve my run times, to quitting cigarettes, improving my lungs more every day I use it, and quick results with my training. I don't get to work out much with my current career, this device allows me to make up for the lost time during my work week. I'm happy I bought this and would recommend it for anyone.

    Transcendence

    Having used the Training Mask 2.0, I'd like to consider all plateaus decimated. I've become that man I was born to be. My only regret is not using the mask earlier in my life, but for what it's worth, I'm both physically and mentally on a new level.

    Feel so great

    Didn't know if this product was going to work but after using the first time I could see the results right away. Helped me with my breathing and the control of oxygen in my body . I will recommend this product to anybody .

    Awesome!

    By far the best training aid out there. I noticed a difference in my workout. It will definitely push you to the next level and get you off whatever platform you may be stuck on in your workout. I have already sent many people to this product from the Ohio area I swear by it and will always push this product to anyone!

    Great way to get the most out of your workout

    I really like this product have had it for two weeks so far and I noticed the difference in my workout from day one it allows you to get more out of your workout and when you take the mask off it is like you can do your workout again like a second wind but I would recommend this to anyone looking to intensify your workout and increase endurance

    Simulates SCBA Training

    I bought this product to help my oxygen consumption while in firefighting gear and while I haven't had it long enough to tell you definitively or not if it works for that purpose, it feels the same when exerting myself during workouts and my insides feel like they are getting a workout.

    Greatest Addition To My Workout.

    I Instantly fell in love with the Elevation Mask 2.0 the moment I hit the track, the only downfall is that I sweat immensely so it soaks in alotnfo sweat so I have to clean it like almost every workout. But except that, it is well worth every penny and reallybhas amazing benefits.

    Not Just for Athletes

    I received the mask about 9 days ago. My goal was to increase my lungs breathing ability, not for any workout or program. I left the military back in June 2013 and took the summer, fall, winter off...big mistake! haha

    I have been wearing the mask about 10mins at a time and so far, it's helping bring my stamina back up and I am looking forward to beginning my workouts again. Thanks for an awesome product!

    Great for a cardio work out!

    So excited to use this mask more. The shipping was quicker than expected and My boyfried and I wore the mask for a deck of cards work out the first day. It fits great and I can really tell a difference. The mask makes your breath quite loud, makin it much easier to pay attention to my rythm. My expectation was the mask would make breathing more difficult, but to my delight, it actually helps me from getting winded and taking too many breaths. Used the mask again this weekend for running and plan on using it for my work outs. RX plus!!!

    Next level

    So, I will preface my review with a couple of points:
    1. I am NOT any kind of medical expert.
    2. I am pretty fit: 30 yo 190 lbs and ~9% body fat.
    3. I am a long time asthma sufferer.

    I got this gizmo about two weeks ago. I have been using it for my cardio workouts, and I am impressed. I do about two to three interval/sprint days and two long/slow days a week. The mask has taken a somewhat strenuous cardio routine and transformed it into an ass-kicker. You work harder. You feel tired when its over. Awesome.

    Now, I have access to an 02 Sat. finger monitor, so I wanted to test this out when I was working out with the mask. My normal baseline for rest and during cardio is 97-99% 02 Sat. With the mask on, it was dipping below 95% on the 9,000 setting. Take it for what it's worth. My muscles are getting less oxygen and having to work harder to perform my normal routines.

    Lastly, I have suffered from exercised induced asthma since I was 13. I haven't let that stop me, but those of you that have it know, it sucks a big one when an attack hits and you're training/competing. This is the closest simulation to that feeling I have ever experienced. It's a fight to keep going and pushing. Why would I think this is a positive aspect? I am in law enforcement. When you are wrestling with a combative suspect or fighting for your life, you can't stop and take a drag off your inhaler. All of my LE trainers (shooting/grappling tactics/etc) have always said, "Train how you fight." This is it. If you can beat down that rising sense of panic when it's hard to breathe, your brain won't turn into that rabid-panicky animal that it wants to.

    The mask works for next level training. There is no doubt about that. I recommend it to anyone wanting to kick their workouts in the ass.

    best thing i ever tried

    I work out a lot and I absolutely love this mask, i recommend it to anyone who cross trains, runs, or even works out, by the end of my workout i felt awesome physically and mentally. as you wear it, it will help you control your breathing and like I did i felt awesome and got my work out done better and more controlled than i ever did without the mask, honestly the best thing i ever bought.

    BEST thing ever

    I'm performing at a rate that I can't even comprehend. People have been asking what I've been doing right and how am I running past them after doing a 10k.

    I haven't even ran a 10k since 2008 and it was a breeze after 2 weeks with the training mask.
