You can breathe in up to 7 times more air when you are working out than you do at rest putting your lung health in jeopardy if you don't live in a clean air environment outside of cities, urban areas, and high pollen zones.
VENT filters are very easy to change and click quickly into place beneath the filter trap cage underneath the main front cap of your Training Mask VENT.
Please Note: VENT trap cage is designed for one filter only. Putting more than one filter in the trap cage may reduce mask performance.

I love 💘 the way theas 3.0 masks have a dual use! I can use this 3.0 mask for working 💪out. But a super awesome benefit is theas 3.0 Masks can be filtered with the training mask filters!! In like 10-30 seconds you can add the small front face filters right into the front face grill of your mask. I can't say scientifically. But I have remained covid-19 free because I have consistently used the filters in my Training mask 3.0 without ceasing. I believe theas filters have protected me from covid-19!!
And a nice little benefit is the increase tinsel strength of my lungs 🫁 and can now hold my breath for 2 minutes plus!! The filters are a must in in my opinion it perfects the effective and efficient manner in which I use this INCREDIBLE product 👌😎
