Q.  Do you offer a warranty?

A.  YES - All of our products are covered by a 90-day warranty.  Flux valves, Sleeves, Rubber Face Mask, Velcro.   Damage caused from NON use is NOT covered.   Send a picture to support@trainingmask.com (disregard the auto responder).   Also send us your order #.   If you do not have an order # please send us your address and we can help you with the warranty and replacement process.

Q. Do you offer size exchanges.

A. Yes we have a 30 day limited warranty on size exchanges. We do not exchange sizes if the mask has been worn or used.

 

Q. How much is Shipping?

A.  S/H is FREE for orders over $100.  For orders under $100, it is calculated based on the actual rates of USPS and Fedex.

 

Q. How do I track my order?

A.  Login to your account at TrainingMask.com by going to:  /account.php.  Then click on "Completed Orders".  Next, click on "View Order Details".  Inside this you will see your tracking information.  We also e-mail you your tracking information as soon as your order ships.

 

Q. How do I return my order?

A.  Login to your account at TrainingMask.com by going to:  /account.php.  Then click on "Completed Orders".  Next, click on "View Order Details".  Inside this you will see "Return Items". Please select the item and quantity you would like to return.  Please fill out the Return Reason, Return Action, and Comments if needed.
