Domestic orders are shipped via the carrier of your choice through our cart system. If you wish to track your order please login to the back end panel or contact us via phone. Please allow 1 day for processing as orders placed before 1pm are usually shipped the same day.

Time frame on standard shipping on domestic orders 3 to 5 days from date of purchase. Weekends (Saturday, and Sunday) Do not count as "shipping" days however items may still be delivered on saturdays or sundays dependent on mail carriers policies.


We strive to ship out orders the same day they come in, if your order comes in before 1pm EST

International Orders

Please allow 6 to 10 business days for arrival on international orders, and as much as 21 days dependent upon customs clearance and or delays. Customs paperwork processing may be necessary causing times to possibly be extended. Customs fees and duties must be paid in full by the receiver of the goods. TrainingMask.Inc is not responsible for any customs and duties for international shipping. Customs may reach out to you for a valid invoice or receipt to verify all duties to be paid are correct. Please provide them with an invoice found inside the ordering panel under "Orders".


In the unlikely situation that you wish to return your goods under the Distance Selling Regulations, we will accept the return of goods sent back to us within 30 days of receipt. A refund will be given only within a 30 day window of purchase date. No returns will be accepted after 90 days from purchase date. All "refunded" items must have been purchased from we do not offer refunds for our products from a 3rd party seller.

Items are returned in their original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you the amount in you have paid for those said items, or offer you an alternative product of similar or better value as a replacement. Customer will be responsible for the payment of the return postage of the unwanted goods and our original postage costs to you. Refunds on items with which had Free Delivery will be charged the normal delivery costs once goods are returned. We are not able to accept the return of opened and/or part used goods.

A 20% Restocking fee will be charged to any returned and refunded orders. In the event of a return forfiture of shipping charges will occur and not be refunded. A 20% restocking will also be charged on the for the items returned. IE (100$ cost of items +20$ Shipping) will equal 120$ (20$ restocking fee will only be applied to the 100$ cost of items ordered)

International shipping is known as "non domestic" shipping.

Coupon codes, Discounts or any other direct offer may not apply to or the offering of discounted items such as coupon codes, international shipping codes, or free shipping. Training Mask reserves the right to change the offerings at any given time.

Please fill the return section of your invoice and return the item to the address on the invoice. We recommend that all returns are sent by recorded delivery for your safety. We will not take responsibility for returned items if they are lost in the post.

any items that are on sale can be returned if the size does not fit, however we cannot offer refunds on any items that have been marked on sale or discounted and customer is due to pay shipping charges of sending it back out.

Coupon codes bundling

Coupon codes, Discounts or any other direct offer may not apply to or the offering of discounted items such as coupon code + free shipping. Dual/Double or bundling coupons will not apply as a combined discount, we will offer the best discount avaliable however bundling is not allowed and we do not honor (conjunctive couponing).

Free shipping can be offered on many items within our the domain however in the event of site wide "free shipping" the ability to offer deeper discounts may not be given by our cart system.





On the bottom of your invoice will be a returns and exchange form which you can fill in to inform us of what you would like us to do with your item once it has been returned please include this when returning your package, if you have lost your invoice please write a note including your full name, address and telephone number and any information that will help us process your return promptly.
