Training Mask 2.0 has been a work in progress for over 2 years. We have asked our customers of Training Mask 1.0 to give us their feedback and what they would want to see in 2.0. With great feedback from test marketing and direct responses we have made Training Mask 2.0 smaller, lighter and more comfortable. Training Mask 2.0 gives the end user a redesigned look and feel along with the resistance levels that they desire

We have changed the look!
It started with the first version made from an Israeli civilian gas mask and has been completedly revamped and remolded into Training Mask 2.0. We have gotten away from the eye pieces, hardened straps, and overall gas mask look. With reconstruction of an entirely new mask mould, and neoprene that is stretched over the rubber resistance mask, and caps give Training Mask 2.0 a smooth, sleek look and comfortable feel.
Training Mask 2.0 is held on the face with a comfortable neoprene strap that over lays the air tight silicone piece that rests against the face. The neoprene strap is held onto the mask by 3 "Resistance caps". The resistance caps make for a nice snug fit against the neoprene and hold the neoprene in place acting as a "post" against the silicone that rests on your face.
Training Mask 2.0 is a less aggressive looking approach to working out while still getting the aggressive workout that one desires. With Training Mask 2.0 you do not have claustrophobia like feeling nor will you have to worry about vision problems while training. Our snap and go resistance nose pieces are truely revolutionary as it makes the ease of use that much easier.
The science behind the mask!
After extensive research and clinical testing from the UNIVERSITY OF NAIT the Training Mask 2.0 has made remarkable advancement in the fitness and training industry. Training Mask 2.0 takes all the amazing "Diaphragm Resistance Technology" from Training Mask 1.0 and compiles it into a less obtrusive, amazingly comfortable silicone mask that fits over the nose and mouth.
Our multi-level resistance system reduces air flow through our patent pending flux valve system. Training Mask 2.0 promotes increased lung capacity by forcing you to inhale fuller deeper breaths. When your body adapts to the resistance your lungs will be trained to take deeper breaths and use oxygen more efficiently. A short explanation of how this works is simple. When you breathe against resistance the lining in the lungs essentially stretches out allowing the alveoli’s surface area to become "stretched" thus in return allows for more blood flow to the alveoli for more (oxygen transportation). When you increase "surface area" you increase red blood cell count that will be able to carry more oxygen out to the extremities

Always looking for an advantage and this mask has helped elevate my fitness to a new level. I'm a police officer and my physical training is crucial to me coming home at the end of my shift. I've only had this tool for a few weeks but already see how it has increased my cardiovascular / respiratory ability. I'm sold. Need it, love it. Also, breathing is so critical under high stress situations for fine motor skills and clear headed split second decision making- this has become an invaluable tool for me. I will highly recommend this product to the police recruits I train to help them with that all important deep breathing. Just getting started with this mask but absolutely endorse this.
I have an ankle injury and can not run or play tennis until it heals. I have seen others with the Elevation Training Mask and thought it would be a good tool to help me maintain my aerobic conditioning during this time. I found my first workout to be challenging (using the least resistance). I have used it several times since and I like the aerobic challenge the mask offers. I feel that I am ready to increase the resistance already. I suggest using the head strap to keep the mask in a comfortable position, otherwise there is too much pressure on your nose. I plan to use the Mask after my injury has healed to cross train. I would recommend the Mask to anyone who is looking for another way to increase the intensity of their workouts.
This has been the best thing I bought myself since buying a bicycle. I had this for only a week and I can already tell this is going to help a lot with my cycling.
I also do the workouts that are in the book so I can look and feel my best off the bike as well. I love how they different sleeves so it can fit ones style to how they are feeling or like.

I have been using it for the past few months and I'm very pleased with it. I also purchased another as a gift.
I have used the Training Mask 2.0 a total of four times to this point. My focus has been respiration training for a high altitude climb. Interestingly enough, during cardiovascular training, the breathing technique has reduced the incidence of "side stitches" predominantly with running.
After the four sessions, I performed max effort sled pushes. 60 yard reps. 1:3 work to rest (not my programming) and recovered much faster.
Though I have only had limited exposure to the Training Mask 2.0 thus far, I have seen improvements on distance training as well.
I feel that this product does have significant potential and will continue to incorporate it in my programming.
This product is amazing. It definitely feels like breathing at high elevation. I like that you can get different sleeves. You notice the results immediately. This is a legit product for training. This is a must have.

The mask does what it says it does , and it is well built . very much worth the money . The staff was good to , I ordered a medium on accented and sent it back for a large, it came in the mail quickly .
Also, dont think you can just start out on 18,00ft, start at 3000ft and work your way up , trust me .

After recieving my mask in the mail I immediately tried it on, I was surprised by the difficulty breathing. After taking the mask off I could already tell it had worked! Since then I use the mask for cardio and love the results so far!
Purchased based on feedback from someone I saw with this at the gym. I was skeptical at first but glad I talked to him because since my purchase it has taken my training to a new level. I have used it biking and running and I'm able to achieve the same calorie count in less time. It makes me work hard and while running it forces me to concentrate on my breathing. Anyone looking to take their training to the next level I would highly recommend this.

I'm a college level wrestler. I use this when lifting/cutting weight/running prior to a match and this thing kicks my a** 5 ways to Sunday. I have been stopped by several people who ask what it is and if it really does work. Each and every time I respond with, "altitude simulator and yes, it DEFINITELY does work" I consider myself to have pretty good cardio for a big guy (I'm 6'4" 240), but man does the highest setting [ the 1 hole outlet] suck to run with! That being said, this mask will help you easily get a sweat going and take your training to the next level!

I am a Taekwondo athlete and I bought this product to improve my endurance for sparring and competitions. I've been using this product for about a week now.
- Its pretty easy to use. You can take it out of the box and start using it within 10-15 minutes. 10 - 15 mins is needed to flip through the manual and set the breathing caps to 3,000 ft.
- I wore the mask on and off during training. I would wear it for one drill (15 min) and take it off for another (15 min). When I wore the mast I felt my lungs had to work harder than before to really take in air and push air out. I feel over time as I strengthen my lung muscles it will help me create better endurance.
- To get the MOST out of the mask you will definitely need to go on-line and look at training videos of people using the mask.
Overall. Great product
This is an awesome product! I have only used it for 2 weeks now and wow, I have gained so much from it. Just doing simple work outs causes me to focus on my breathing. The only downside is if your in a gym and you dont like causing a scene dont wear it in. You will turn every head because it sounds like darth vader just walked in to pump some iron, but other than that its great! Dont let anyone tell you that the mask looks silly on you0. Cause well your gaining they will be losing.
