Training Mask 2.0 has been a work in progress for over 2 years. We have asked our customers of Training Mask 1.0 to give us their feedback and what they would want to see in 2.0. With great feedback from test marketing and direct responses we have made Training Mask 2.0 smaller, lighter and more comfortable. Training Mask 2.0 gives the end user a redesigned look and feel along with the resistance levels that they desire

We have changed the look!
It started with the first version made from an Israeli civilian gas mask and has been completedly revamped and remolded into Training Mask 2.0. We have gotten away from the eye pieces, hardened straps, and overall gas mask look. With reconstruction of an entirely new mask mould, and neoprene that is stretched over the rubber resistance mask, and caps give Training Mask 2.0 a smooth, sleek look and comfortable feel.
Training Mask 2.0 is held on the face with a comfortable neoprene strap that over lays the air tight silicone piece that rests against the face. The neoprene strap is held onto the mask by 3 "Resistance caps". The resistance caps make for a nice snug fit against the neoprene and hold the neoprene in place acting as a "post" against the silicone that rests on your face.
Training Mask 2.0 is a less aggressive looking approach to working out while still getting the aggressive workout that one desires. With Training Mask 2.0 you do not have claustrophobia like feeling nor will you have to worry about vision problems while training. Our snap and go resistance nose pieces are truely revolutionary as it makes the ease of use that much easier.
The science behind the mask!
After extensive research and clinical testing from the UNIVERSITY OF NAIT the Training Mask 2.0 has made remarkable advancement in the fitness and training industry. Training Mask 2.0 takes all the amazing "Diaphragm Resistance Technology" from Training Mask 1.0 and compiles it into a less obtrusive, amazingly comfortable silicone mask that fits over the nose and mouth.
Our multi-level resistance system reduces air flow through our patent pending flux valve system. Training Mask 2.0 promotes increased lung capacity by forcing you to inhale fuller deeper breaths. When your body adapts to the resistance your lungs will be trained to take deeper breaths and use oxygen more efficiently. A short explanation of how this works is simple. When you breathe against resistance the lining in the lungs essentially stretches out allowing the alveoli’s surface area to become "stretched" thus in return allows for more blood flow to the alveoli for more (oxygen transportation). When you increase "surface area" you increase red blood cell count that will be able to carry more oxygen out to the extremities

might just be me but my mouth area sweats alot. i notice breathing is better already after 2 weeks
I've only had this product for a short time. From the time I've spent with it, I feel that I have made progress with it and by using it I feel like it's really doing its job and making a great difference.
I have worn the mask for a week doing some light calisthenics around the house and notice an immediate change in my breathing while running. I think this a great product for training. It will definitely step up you game
It took me a while to get use to this but after a full week of using it, I am really liking this product and can already feel a difference. I am a personal trainer at my local gym and I get the occasional "what is he wearing?" stare at the gym and often find myself answering curious gym members questions. To my surprise, this product has also helped me with my minor claustrophobia as it forces me to focus on my breathing and get my mind right. I really like this product and plan on using it a lot.
This mask is by far the greatest thing that's ever happened to me! It really help me bring my breathing to the next level and make me workout even harder

So I got this mask out of curiosity (and also did my homework) loved the idea of it and thought i'd give it a true. I workout during the week and use my weekends as my run days. Mainly use the mask for running and will eventually bring it into the gym with me during my workouts (don't care how they wanna look at me). Running 5K's with the mask on during my runs basically feels like I ran 6 and i'm only at 3K setting. I don't know when i'll eventually move it up but i'm in no rush. Love it and i'm a fan! Also can't wait to use it in the gym only during in-between sets periods like I've seen some others do during recovery time. Love the challenge this thing brings.
Since purchasing my training mask, I've noticed the increase of work being put into my workouts. This product is a motivation on it's own, and really makes you work for it. Finally, something that can without a doubt keep your cardio in check during the off season.
Took my elevation trainer on a run for 2 miles, I was running and walking and wanting to just stop. But I pushed through and realized that I feel extremely exhausted after running which I haven't felt in years. Great product
I've only been using this product for about a week and so far I am very pleased. The amount of negative pressure that has to be created to open the valves while breathing really forces me to take deep breaths, and engage all my muscles required for breathing.
It really does work--at least it makes my workout proportionally more difficult.
My only complaint is the sizing is difficult to get right.... I got a medium but I probably should have gotten a large. But, the medium works.
The Elevation Training Mask 2.0 is an excellent training tool. I am currently using it to get ready for an up coming Tough Mudder, and I began to see results within two weeks. Not only does the mask do everything it is supposed to do as stated on the company website, but it also had the added benefit of making me focus on how I breathe during my work outs. This focus in turn has made my breathing more efficient and has given me more endurance. I have nothing but praises for the Elevation Training Mask 2.0 and recommend it for anyone who wants to increase their endurance.
only usining for 4 days and i see the resolt that i always want it helps me to improve my body for my soccer games the only thing that i can say is that is the best product ever in the world thanks to the training mask im getting betther and betther
Without a doubt this has increased my endurance and my physical ability to assert myself in only a week. I've exercised with all the altitudes which you can adjust to using this mask, and I can't believe how real the results are. I will buy 1 or 2 more masks in the future for myself (when the one i have wears out) and definetely recommend this mask to my family and friends. Its unbelievable, you guys have created a one of a kind mask. Congrats!
Got it about a week ago and have already dropped 30 seconds or so off of my 2-mile run time.
Fairly comfortable except for where it fits on the bridge of the nose with glasses, but I don't think there's much they can do about it.
This mask can be a little frightening when first worn. I am a professional athlete and I decided to jump right into the mask and do some challenging cardio on level 2. I instantly felt claustrophobic and started to panic with my breathing. You truly have to practice good breathing techniques; for example focusing on slowing and controlling your breathing, and controlling your mentality when wearing a restrictive breathing apparatus.
Overall I had a challenging workout once I worked through the initial setbacks. I bought this mask as a gift for my fiancé, who is a Fireman. He wears the mask while he completes skills courses. He has numerous friends on the job who own the mask 2.0 and 1.0 and they absolutely swear by the experience, mocking the feeling of O2 bottles they wear while fighting fire, and learning to practice restrictive breathing and staying in Fire Fighter shape.
As a wrestler, runner, and a person who trains with soldiers, I'm used to what it feels like to put in work and come home tired; or so I thought. My very first day working out and running with the mask on, (Set to 6k I might add), I felt absolutely gassed, broke a sweat not even a mile into the warm up run, and slightly sore, when I normally would have just been sore. I felt like I had genuinely experienced a good, hard workout session. Not to mention the fact that I recovered quicker than ever before. Ever since that day, which was about 2 weeks ago, I've worn it during every session and I'm already seeing a difference in my VO2 max and diaphragm strength. If you want a good piece of equipment to help you push your limits even further and be better than you normally would, the Elevation Training Mask 2.0 will do just that, and is worth every penny.
