Just received earbuds and charged them fully, Both were lit so no problems there. Took them out and only (R) earbud goes into pairing mode (L) does nothing. Placed them back in the case to reset both light up again only to take them both out and again only (R) pairs to phone. Hold/press the (L) earbud for several minutes and NOTHING. Will try to contact custo.rt service in the morning to see if I can get a replacement.

Doesn’t smell like a chemical like I was worries about. Nice clean smell and no worries about cross contamination!

I like these earbuds. Sound quality is good and you can go for a run and the earbuds won't fall out. Only two hours of music though.
