Your secret weapon for developing strong respiratory muscles is the AEROSx Respiratory Trainer.

AEROSx Assembly

  • Remove the mouthpiece from the sterile poly bag.
  • Remove plastic balve from foam.
  • With pressure push plastic valve into silicone mouth piece. You will feel two pressure points thus assuring your fit is correct.
  • Turn the mouth piece horizontal to your face to assure the plastic valve is seated tightly against the silicone top to create an optimal seal to the mouth piece.
  • Place in mouth and turn the resistance valve from left to right or right to left to assure air flow levels are increasing or decreasing and you breathe.
  • Once the mouth piece is secure in your mouth we will run you through a set of steps to feel the effects of AEROSx Below.

AEROSx Training Intervals:

Warm-up: To prepare your lungs, begin with five minutes of calm breathing.
AEROSx should be set at a moderate resistance setting.

Take four to six sets of thirty seconds each, inhaling deeply and forcefully via the device.
Take a 30- to 1-minute break in between each interval.
As you advance, progressively increase the resistance or the length of the intervals.
Complete with a calm, five-minute breathing exercise to chill down.


AEROSx Pyramid Training:

  • Begin with a warm-up of 5 minutes of gentle breathing.
  • Set your AEROSx to a low resistance level.
  • Perform the following pyramid sequence:
  • Descend the pyramid by reversing the sequence.
  • Finish with a 5-minute cool-down of relaxed breathing.
